The odds of finding the perfect pre-built program that works for you are very low. On top of that, you will eventually need to adjust, progress and focus on new elements in your training and will find yourself back on the hunt again. If you are new to fitness, you will have to figure out all of this on your own, a very daunting and demoralizing process.

Joining the Aptitude team gives you the knowledge, customization, accountability, and motivation you need to really take control of your fitness.

Online Training Pros and Cons

We are confident that we can help you with your goal, but you'll have to decide if online training is for you. In the first week of your program, if you realize that online really isn't your thing then we will refund 100% of your monthly payment.
